About

Who you're
hiring

Nifi International is Emeka Abanifi. The number on this site is his, the quote comes from him, and he is the one answering for the work once it's done. There is no call center in between.

01 / The work

What the work covers

Three trades, and the reason they belong on one invoice is that on most properties they are the same job in three stages.

Landscaping
Lawns, planting, sod, trees and shrubs, and the design work that decides where all of it goes.
Residential projects
Patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading and drainage — the built parts of a property that have to hold for years, not for a season.
Handyman and repairs
Fences, gates, gutters, pressure washing, and the running list of small jobs that never justify their own contractor.

02 / How the work gets done

Three things you can hold us to

The prep is the job
Grading before sod. Drainage before a patio. A real base under pavers. The part nobody ever sees is the part that decides whether the work still looks right in five years.
The number is the number
You are quoted for the work described. If something under the surface changes the job, you hear about it before it's done, not on the invoice.
You'll be told when not to bother
Wrong season, wrong order, wrong trade. If a job shouldn't happen yet, that is a better conversation than a callback in six months.

03 / Before you hire anyone

Ask the hard questions

Licensing, insurance, references, how long someone has been doing this — those are fair questions, and you should put them to anyone you let onto your property. Us included.

Ask on the call and you'll get specific answers about your job, in writing, before any work starts. A contractor who is irritated by the question has told you something worth knowing.

04 / Coverage

Where the work happens

Residential, across metro Atlanta — Atlanta itself and the towns around it.

If you are out on the edge of that, call and ask rather than assuming the answer is no.

Get a price

Tell us what the yard needs.

Call and describe it, or text photos of the job to the same number and we'll come back with a price. Quotes are free, and we'll tell you if it isn't worth doing.
